GCMS Parent Night
GCMS hosts a Parent Night each year near the middle of the 1st quarter. This evening provides information about the school with an emphasis on information from the grade level teams. The evening is broken into segments to provide information about the core classes, electives and exploration classes, and physical education. Bus and lunch procedures and a review of the school's athletic offerings is also provided. The schedule below demonstrates the evening's offerings.

Note: From 8:10 to 8:30 Refreshments will be available for parents and teachers in the cafeteria. Those interested may tour the building. Also at this same time, staff members will be in the computer lab demonstrating how to access Ed-line, the district's on-line program, which allows parents to monitor their students' daily grades. Parents who would like to visit with the teachers of students with special needs are also encouraged to meet them during this time at their rooms.
